PLC Programming
Design and program ladder logic from various Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) manufacturers and various types of PLC's. This includes programming regular controls-level PLC's from Omron (i.e. CJ1, CJ2, CP1) and Mitsubishi (i.e. Q-Series).
We can also provide programming services for safety PLC's from Omron, ABB, and Pilz.
These PLC's can also be programmed to interface with various process automation protocols (individual PLC support varies), such as DeviceNet, CC-Link, EtherNet/IP, and FINS.
HMI Programming
Design and program various HMI's from Omron, Mitsubishi and Pro-Face, based on existing customer design layouts, or work together to design a customized layout specifically for each machine.
Electrical Design/Schematics
We can provide basic schematic CAD design support for existing electrical designs, to help improve customer work flow. Or, we can also help provide support on designing a new electrical system for new and existing machinery. We will work closely with the customer to provide schematic drawings that adhere to existing standards, which will allow quick release for manufacturing and assembly.
